The new Des Phippen Park in Moor Lane has been designed and a new hedge, 180m long, was planted along the northern boundary on Saturday 27th February.

There were 1000 native hedgerow plants to be planted and 40 people came to help wearing wellies, warm clothing and thick gloves for planting the prickly hedge.

The Management plan for the Park can be downloaded here in pdf format.

The layout is shown here.
